I hereby Certify, That on this 2nd day of February,
1915, before me, Chas M. Zeyneira A Notary Public
personally appeared D.E. Whetstone and Mrs. Lula
F. Whetstone, his wife, to me known to be the persons
described in, and who executed the foregoing instrument,
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be
their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned; and the said Mrs. Lula F. Whetstone, the
wife of the said D.E. Whetstone, on and examination
taken and made separately and part from her said
husband, did acknowledge that she made herself
a party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing
and relinquishing her dower, or right of dower, in and
to the lands, tenements and hereditaments therein de-
scribed and thereby granted and released, and that
she executed said deed freely and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband. Witness my hand and seal at Key
