Smallwood of the County of Decater and State of Ga,
parties of the first part, and C.E. Mc Leod of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of $10) Ten Dollars, in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, re-
leased and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said party of the
second part, and her heirs and assigns forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said parties of the first part have in and to the fol-
lowing described lot, piece or parcel of land, to-wit:
North west 1/4 of the South east 1/4 of Section 18 in To-
wnship 10 South of Range 18 East. (N.W. 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Sec 18 in T. 10 S of R. 18E.) To Have And To Hold the
same, together with all and singular the appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and
claim whatever of the said parties of the first part, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and be-
hoof of the said party of the second part, her heirs and as-
gins forever. In Witness Whereof, The said parties of
the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the
day and year above written.
