husband, did acknowledge that she made herself a par
ty to said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relin-
quishing her dower, or right of dower, in and to the
lands, tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released and that she executed
said deed freely and without any compulsion constrai-
nt, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, Made and entered into on this the 30th
day of September A.D. 1914, between Lavina Deeson and
her husband, John L. Deeson, of the County of Polk and
State of Florida; J.A. Jones and his wife, Quintine
Jones, J.P. Jones and his wife, Florida Jones, W.T. Jones
and his wife, Lillie Jones, Hattie Ridlon and her hus-
band, John F. Ridlon, of the County of Alachua
and the State of Florida, and Alice Smallwood and
her husband, A.N. Smallwood, of the County of - and
the State of Georgia, sold and only heirs at law of
J.J. Jones, deceased, parties of the first part; and C.
E. Mc Leod of the County of Alachua, and State
of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth, That
the said parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Ten Dolars, in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do re
mise, release and quit-claim unto the said party
of the second part, and his heirs and assigns for-
