and John J. Barr of the County of Alachua in the St-
ate of Fla. party of the second part, Witnesseth: That
the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Seventy One & 20/100 dollars, to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of the second
part, His heirs and assigns forever, the following de-
scribed lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situa-
ted and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 13 of Lot Seven Levy Grant less 1 acre to Nel-
son. To have and to hold the above described premises,
together, with all and singular the tenements, the here-
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining, unto him the said party of
the second part, heirs and assigns forever. And the said
part of the first part do hereby warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons now claiming or hereafter to cla-
im the same by through or under me. And none others.

the persons described in and who executed the above
and foregoing deed of conveyance and each severally
acknowledged the execution of said deed for the uses

said Mrs Margaret Steinburg the wife of the said A.
O. Steinburg upon an examination taken and made
by me separately and apart from her said husband,
did acknowledge before me that she made herself
a party to said deed and executed the same freely
