Alachua County. } Where, under and by virtue of
a Final Decree of Foreclosure made and rendered
on the 5th day of March, AD 1915, by the Hon. J.T. Wills,
Judge of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Cir-
cuit of Florida, in Chancery, in a certain cause there-
in pending wherein Henrietta Jones and her husband,
Gilbert Jones, are Complainants, and Melo Williams
and P.G. Ramsey, Sheriff of Alachua County, Florida,
and ex-officio Administrator of the estate of Cath-
arine C. Williams, deceased and P.G. Ramsey, Sher-
iff of Alachua County, Florida, ex-officio Adminis-
trator of the estate of Ben Williams, deceased, are De-
fendants, I, the undersigned, was appointed Special
Master in Chancery and authorized and directed to
levy upon advertise and sell the property hereinafter
described in accordance with Law: And Where, I
duly advertised the said property for sale for a pe-
riod of thirty days immediately proceeding the said
sale in the Gainesville Daily Sun, a newspaper pub-
lished in the City of Gainesville, Alachua County,
Florida: And Whereas, on this the 5th day of April, A
D. 1915, in accordance with the said advertisement and
notice, and under and by virtue of the said Final
Decree of Foreclosure of Mortgage, as above set
forth, I, A.P. Buie, as Special Master in Chan-
cery, exposed said property for sale at public out-
cry in front of the Court House Door in the City of
