and to hold the above described premises, together with
all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise ap
pertaining unto him the said party of the second part,
heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the
first part do hereby fully warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever. Witness our hands
