Be it known, That I, H.D. Halsey a Notary Public

tion Company (Incorporated) to Mrs. S.B. Stroble, as
the President of said grantor Corporation, is well kn-
own to me and known to be the individual described
in and who executed the said deed as the President of
said Company, and that he personally appeared before
me this day and acknowledged to and before me that
he executed the said deed as the President of the said
Company and that the same is the free act and deed
of said Company; and that the corporate seal of said
Company was thereupon impressed by authority of the
Board of Directors of said Company, and that the said
execution by him as President as aforesaid, was for the
uses and purposes therein set forth and expressed.
