This Indenture, made and entered into on this 2nd day of Dec-
ember AD 1913, by and between F.M. Brannon and Augusta W. Bran-
non, his wife; of the aforesaid County and State, parties of the first
part, and Annie F. Taylor, party of the second part, Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and their valuable considerations to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto Annie F. Taylor the said
party of the second part, all of that certain lot or lots, piece, tract
or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida, and more particularly known, distinguished and
described as follows, to-wit: Lot No. Five (5) of Block no. Five (5) in
that certain sub-division to the city of Gainesville, Florida, known
as "University Heights" according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book "A" at page 99 thereof, of the Public Records of Alachua Co-
unty, State of Florida.
Together with all and singular the right, tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have And To Hold the same to the said Annie F. Taylor, party
of the second part, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
forever. And the said F.M. Brannon and Augusta W. Brannon,
his wife, parties of the first part, do hereby fully warrant the
