each signed, sealed and delivered the same at the time and place,
in the manner and for the uses and purposes therein expressed and
contained. And the said Augusta W. Brannon, the wife of the said
F.M. Brannon, upon an examination taken and made by me sepa-
rate and apart from her said husband, acknowledged that she ex-
ecuted the same freely and voluntarily, and without any compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband, and
acknowledged that she signed, sealed and delivered the said Deed of
Conveyance for the purpose of release, relinquishing and renounc-
ing all of her dower, right of dower and interest of any and every
nature and character whatsoever in and to the said land therein
and thereby conveyed.

This Indenture, Made this 12th day of August AD 1914, be-
tween Martha Woodard (an heir of Allen Cain, deceased)
and S.B. Woodard, her husband of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and Jess
Cain of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, par-
ty of the second part. Witnesseth, That the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar and other valuable consideration in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised,
released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said par
ty of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
