Lot 5, and SW1/4 of NW1/4, Sec. 32, Tp. 7 S.R. 21 E. To Have
And To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise there-
unto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatever of the said parties of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, ben-
efit and behoof of the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof, The said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
and seals the day and year first above written.

I Hereby Certify, That on this 12th day August, 1914 be
fore me, A Notary Public in and for the State of Flor-
ida at Large personally appeared Martha Woodard
and S.B. Woodward, her husband to me known to
be the persons described in, and who executed the
foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the us-
es and purposes therein mentioned; and the said Martha
Woodard the wife of the said S.B. Woodard, on and ex
amination taken and made separately and part from
her said husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to said deed for the purpose of convey-
ing her separate statutory estate in and to the lands,
tenements and hereditaments therein described and
thereby granted and released, and that she executed
said deed freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband. Witness my hand and
seal at Graham, Florida the date aforesaid.
