ed E.E. Cannon and S.F. Cannon his wife, to me
well known as the persons described in and who ex
ecuted the above and foregoing deed of conveyance
and each severally acknowledged the execution of
said deed for the uses and purposes therein set forth and
contained. And the said Mrs S.F. Cannon the wife of
the said E.E. Cannon upon an examination taken and
made by me separately and apart from her said husband,
did acknowledge before me that she made herself a
party to said deed and executed the same freely and
voluntarily and without compulsion, constraint, ap-
prehension or fear of or from her said husband.

Martindale a single man of the County of Hillsborough in the state
of Florida, party of the first part, and M.J. Dinkins of Lawtey, Fla.
of the County of-in the State of Fla. party of the second part.
