ed land, to-wit: In Alachua County, Florida Lot Nineteen (19) Block
One (1) Townsite of Micanopy Junction as shown by record in Circuit
Clerks office in plat book A, Page 97 at Gainesville in said County
and State. And the said party of the first part do hereby fully war-
rant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
In Witness Whereof, The said party of the first part has hereunto
set hand and seal the day and year first above written.

I hereby Certify That on this day personally appeared before me, an

tarily for the purposes therein expressed.

State and County have this day received full settlement of a certain
Judgement by me held against A.S. Allright of the same State and
County, and rendered in the 3rd Justice of the Peace Court, in and
for Alachua County, Florida on the 24 day of April 1914 and in
the sum of $ 60.00, principal, and $ 5.00 attorney's fees, and the furth-
er sum of 757 costs taxed in said cause. And I do hereby appoint
