claimed and by these presents do remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said party of the second part,
and her heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, in

at N.E. Corner of Section Seventeen Township Eleven
Range eighteen run along Seaboard Ry. South 527
feet run West 385 feet then run East 665 feet to point
of beginning. Above price, I all enclose by wire fence
(N.E. Corner Sec. 17-T.-11-Range 18.) To Have And
To Hold the same, together with all and singular the ap
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise there
unto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in
terest and claim whatever of the said parties of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part, her heirs, and assigns forever. In Witness Where
