This Indenture, made and entered into this 27th day
of March 1915 by and between Jim Smith, of the City
of Trenton County of Alachua State of Florida party
of the first part, and the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad
Company, a corporation created and organized under
and by virtue of the laws of the State of Virginia,
party of the second part: Whereas, the said Atlantic
Coast Line Railroad Company has entered into
a contract or agreement with L.L. Taylor, of Tren-
ton, Alachua County State of Florida, for the con-
construction and operation of a side or spur track
at or near Trenton, Alachua County, State of Florida,
which said contract is dated the 26th day of March 1915
and provides for the operation of said side or spur
track for the term of five years, with privilege of re-
newal to the said party herein - before named for a
further term of five years and Whereas, under the
terms of said contract, which has been duly sub-
mitted to the said party of the first part herein and
by him approved, the said party of the first part
covenanted and agreed to obtain for the said
Atlantic Coast Line Company a deed or deeds
