covenants and agrees that the title in and to the
said rails, ties, timbers, fastenings and appur-
tenances shall at all times be and remain in
the said Railroad Company and that the constru-
ction of said side track shall not make the said
rails, ties, timbers, fastenings or appurtenances,
fixtures upon said lands hereinbefore mentioned and
described. In Witness Whereof, the said party of
the first part has signed and sealed this indenture
in duplicate the day and year first above written.

This indenture, made this 26th day of April 1915, between E.E. Cannon
and wife S.F. Cannon of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
parties of the first part and Isac B. Foster of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth: That the
said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten dollars & other valuable considerations, to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described lots,
pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua Co-
unty, Florida, to-wit: Lots one and two (1&2) in Block fourteen (14)
as per map of New Gainesville and located in SW 4 of NW 4 of Sect-
ion 3 in Tp. 10 S of Range 20 E.
To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and
singular the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto him the said
party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the
title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
