Whereas, Sarah Vose Nichols, late of said County and
State, died testate on the 9th day of May, AD 1913,
and in and by her Last Will & Testament devised and
bequeathed all her property, real and personal,
to John G. Nichols, her husband, and at the time
of her death was seized and possessed of the property
hereinafter described; and, Whereas, the said Last Will
and Testament of the said Sarah Vose Nichols was duly
and legally proved and admitted to probate in the
Probate Court of Suffolk County, Commonwealth
of Massachusetts, on the 26th day of June, AD 1913.
and a certified transcript of such Last Will and
Testament and of the proceedings had with respect
to such probate thereof in the Probate Court of
said Suffolk County, Commonwealth of Massac
husetts, was thereafter duly and legally proved
and admitted to probate in the County Judge's
Court of Alachua County, State of Florida; and,
Whereas, the said John G. Nichols, also late of
said County and State died testate on the 17th
day of December, AD 1913, and in and by
his Last Will and Testament vested his res-
iduary estate, both real and personal, in trust
