1915, before me personally appeared Mrs Alice Eliz
abeth Burrage, wife of Clarence Vose Burrage,
one of the grantors in the foregoing conveyance, who
being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband, says
and acknowledges before me that she did execute
the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose of se-
lling and conveying all her right, title and in-
terest in and to her separate statutory property
and estate in and to the land in said deed descri-
bed, and that such sale and conveyance was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of, or from her said husband.

andn Clifton L. Bremer, to me well known and known
to me to be two of the identical persons, who, as Trustees
under the Last Will and Testament of John G. Nich-
ols, deceased, executed the foregoing Deed of Con-
veyance, who acknowledged before me that as such
Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of John
G. Nichols, deceased, they executed, signed, sealed and
delivered the foregoing Deed of Conveyance for the uses
and purposes therein contained and expressed; and
there also appeared before me Alice Elizabeth Bur
rage and Clarence Vose Burrage, her husband,
to me well known and known to me to be two of
the identical persons described in and who execu-
ted the foregoing conveyance, who each ackno-
wledged before me that they executed, signed,
sealed and delivered the foregoing Deed of Con-
veyance for the uses and purposes therein con-
tained and expressed.
