This Agreement made this 1st day of May AD 1914,
between A.H. Rawlins joined by his wife Emma C.
Rawlins of the County of Hillsborough State of Florida,
parties of the first part, and Josie V. Johns of the Co
unty of Alachua, State of Florida, party of the sec-
ond part, Witnesseth: That for and in consider-
ations of the payments hereinafter mentioned to
be made by the party of the second part to the par
ties of the first part hereby covenant and agree
to convey to the said party of the second part, in fee
simple, clear of all encumbrance, by a good and
sufficient Warranty Deed, lots two and three (2&3)
of Block one hundred and seventeen (117) of High
Springs, Alachua County, Florida, as recorded
in Plat Book A. Page 6 in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, Gainesville, Florida, Said
party of the second part hereby covenants and a-
grees to pay to parties of the first part the sum
of Thirty-five hundred ($ 3,500.00) for said descri
bed property in the following manner to-wit:
Fifty dollars ($ 50.00) cash, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and Fifty ($ 50) dollars each
and every month thereafter until the whole sum
