the 25th day of May AD 1914, before me the under
signed authority, personally appeared A.H. Raw-
lins and Emma C. Rawlins his wife, known to me
to be the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing instrument and severally acknowl-
edged that execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and
the said Emma C. Rawlins the wife of the said A.H. Ra-
wlins on an examination taken and made separate
by and apart from her said husband acknowl-
edged that she made herself a party to said in-
strument for the purpose of binding herself to re-
nounce and relinquish her dower and rights of
dower and conveying her separate estate in and
to the lands, tenements and hereditaments herein
described to be conveyed, and that she execu
ted said instrument freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.

appeared Josie V. Johns (single) well known to me
to be the person described in and who executed
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged before
me that she executed said instrument for the uses
