Presents: That the said parties of the First Part, for and in con-
sideration of the premises and other good and valuable consider-
ations in hand paid to them by the said Louise L. Price, the re-
ceipt where of are hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release, and quit claim
unto her the said Louise L. Price, and to her heirs and assigns
forever, all their right, title, interest and homestead in and to
that certain lot, tract, piece or parcel of land, situated, lying
and being in the City of Gainesville, County of Alachua, State
of Florida, and particularly know, distinguished and describ-
ed as follows, to-wit: Lot Number One (1) of a Sub-division of
the North Half (N 1/4) of Block Number Six (6) in Range one (1) of
the Original Survey of the Town - now City of Gainesville, as
per a Plat of the same recorded in Plat Book "A" at Page 112 of
the Public Records of Alachua County, Florida; said Lot being
Fifty (50) feet East and West and One Hundred (100) feet North
and South, To Have And To Hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim
whatsoever of the said parties of the First Part, either in law
or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever.

unto set their hands and seals the day and the year first above
