they executed, signed, sealed and delivered the said deed of convey-
ance for the uses and the purposes therein contained and expressed.
And the said Julia A. Davis, wife of the said Edward F. Davis
one of the grantors in the foregoing deed of conveyance, who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband, acknowledged before me that she signed, sealed
and delivered the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releas-
ing, relinquishing and renouncing all of her dower and right of
dower, and title of every kind, in and to the property therein and
thereby described, and that the same was done and made by her
freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of, or from, her said husband.

the identical persons described in and who executed the fore-
going deed of Conveyance, and severally acknowledged before
me that they executed, signed, sealed and delivered the said
deed of Conveyance for the uses and the purposes therein con-
tained and expressed.
And the said Mamie Davis, wife of the said Alfred T. Davis
one of the grantors in the foregoing deed of Conveyance, who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband, acknowledged before me that she
signed, sealed and delivered the said deed of Conveyance for
the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all of
her dower and right of dower, and title of every kind, in and
to the property therein and thereby described, and that the same
was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and with-
out any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of, or from,
her said husband.
