This Indenture, Made this 24th day of May A.D. 1915,
between B.R. Colson and his wife E.S. Colson of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of
the first part, and Piedmont West Virginia Coal &
Phosphate Company of the County of Mineral and
State of West Virginia, party of the second part,
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of One and
no/100 Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge,
have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by
these presents do remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said party of the second part, and its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, all the right, title, in
terest, claim and demand which the said parties
of the first part have in and to the following descri
bed lots, pieces or parcels of land, to-wit:
The north half of the north-west quarter and the
south-west quarter of the north-west quarter
section two (20 township eight (8) south of range
fourteen (14) east, lying and being in Alachua Co-
unty, Florida, and containing 120 acres of land,
more or less. To Have And To Hold the same,
together with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise thereunto ap
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatever of the said parties of
the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part, its successors and as-
signs forever. In Witness Whereof, The said par-
ties of the first part have hereunto set their hands
