such proof or acknowledgment, a Master in Chan
cery in and for said State, dwelling in said Coun
ty, commissioned and sworn, and duly authorized
to take acknowledgments and proofs of deeds
or conveyances for lands, tenements or hereditaments
in said State. And further, that I am well ac
quainted with the handwriting of such Master,
and verily believe that the signature to the said
certificate of proof or acknowledgment is gen
uine. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the seal of the said Court
and County, the 17th day of May 1915.

This Indenture, Made this 25th day of May AD 1915,
between The W.R. Thomas Live Stock Company of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the
first part and J.R. Montgomery of the County of Ala-
chua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claim and by these presents do remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said party of
the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said party of the first part have in and
to the following described lot, piece or parcel
of land, towit: Commence at the Northeast corner
of lot One (1) of lot Three (3) in the Northwest quar
ter of Sec. 5 Township 10 S.R. 20 East and run thence
