County aforesaid in the State of Virginia, do certify
that Carl Roeser & Chle Roeser his Mother whose name
are signed to the foregoing writing bearing date January
11th 1915, have personally appeared before me in my
County and State aforesaid and acknowledged
same to be their acts and deeds. Given under my

Board of Public Instruction Alachua Co. }
               To                       } Quit Claim Deed.
W.H. Stephens & Wife                    }
This Indenture, made this First Day of June AD 1915, by and
between The Board of Public Instruction in and for Alachua Co-
unty State of Florida, party of the first part and W.H. Stephens
and his wife Pauline Stephens, parties of the second part, witness-
eth, That Whereas The Board of Public Instruction in and for Ala-
chua County State of Florida; did on May 17th 1906, sell and
transfer to C.D. Wood of Archer, Florida, the land and real es-
tate hereinafter described and known as the old school lot in
Archer, Alachua County Florida, and did by R.B. Weeks its chair-
man make and deliver a deed to said lot for the consideration
of Twelve Dollars paid by said C.D. Wood which said deed is
of record on page 121 of deed book 68 of the public records of
Alachua County, Florida, and whereas said lot is now owned
by the said W.H. Stephens and his wife Pauline Stephens and
it appearing to said Board that its former deed was not execut-
ed in proper form and said Board being desirous that said con-
veyance should be corrected and confirmed by a deed executed
in accordance with law it is therefor resolved by said Board
that for the purpose aforesaid that a deed releasing all claim
of said Board in and to said lot of land be executed.
Now therefor the said party of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the premises and in consideration of the receipt of the
