This Indenture, Made this 29th day of May, AD 1915, Be-
tween Frances W. Doig and her husband, James I. Doig of the
City of Gainesville; State of Florida; parties of the first part
and William R. Steckert, of the City of Gainesville; and State
of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of one dollar and other valuable con-
siderations, to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, and sold to the said party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land, situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, to-wit,-Commencing at the South West corner
