This Indenture, Made this 8th day of June AD 1915, between
B.F. Hampton and Harriette W. Hampton his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first part, and A.G.
Mc Lanahan of the County of Duval and State of Florida, party
of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt where of is hereby acknowl-
edge, have remised, released and quit-claimed; and by these presents do
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part,
and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said parties of the first part have in and
to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit:
Begin Five chains East of the South East corner of the North West
quarter of the North West quarter of Section Twenty Two, Township
Ten South of Range Twenty East, for a beginning: thence run
North Eight chains and Seventy Nine links to corner of land sold
to Joe Williams; then East Five chains; then South Eight chains
and Seventy Nine links to quarter mile line; then West Five chains
to point of beginning, being in the North East quarter of North
West quarter of Section Twenty Two, Township Ten South of Range
Twenty East.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap-
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim what-
ever of the said parties of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
