riette W. Hampton, his wife, to me known to be the persons describ-
ed in, and who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the said Harriette
W. Hampton, the wife of the said B.F. Hampton, on and examination
taken and made separately and part from her said husband,
did acknowledge that she made herself a party to said deed
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower or
right of dower, in and to the lands, tenements and hereditaments
therein described and thereby granted and released and that she execut-
ed said deed freely and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.
Witness my hand and seal at Gainesville, Florida the date afore-
said.

This Indenture made this 16th day of April AD 1914,
between H.C. Martindale A. Single Man of the Co-
unty of Hillsborough in the State of Florida, part of
the first part, and Lucy Willis of the County of
Marion in the State of Florida, party of the second
part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sun of Thirty
one Dollars, to him in hand paid by the said par
ty of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and
sold to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described
land in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot thirty one (31) block Two (2) in the townsite
of Micanopy Junction in said County and State
