And I Further Certify That the said Bessie Maultsby known
to me to be the wife of the said J.A. Maultsby on a separate and
private examination taken and made by and before me, separately
and apart from her said husband, did acknowledge that she made
herself a party to said deed for the purpose of renouncing, relin-
quishing and conveying all her right, title and interest, whether
of dower, homestead or of separate property, statutory or equitable
in and to the lands described therein, and that she executed the
said deed freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

day of May, AD 1915, by and between A.A. Cameron
as assignee of and for the Estate of George E. Foster,
party of the first part, and J.H. Marshburn of High
Springs Alachua County, Florida, party of the sec-
ond part. Witnesseth: That the said party of the
first part, as assignee as aforesaid, under and
by virtue of a Decree of the Circuit Court of
the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and
for Alachua County, made and rendered by
Hon. J.Y. Wills, Judge of said Circuit Court,
on the 9th day of January, AD 1909, and recorded
in the records of Alachua County, Florida, in
Judgment Book No. 12-at page 575 on the 10th
day of February, AD 1909, and for and in con
sideration of the sum of One hundred & no/100
