party of the second part, has granted, bargained,
sold, aliened and conveyed, and by these pres
ents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey
and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain lot, tract, piece, or parcel of land,
situated, lying and being in the Town of High
Springs in Alachua County, Florida, and partic
ularly known, distinguished and described as
follows, to-wit: - All of Lots One and Six (1&6)
in Block Seventy-One (71) according to the Plat of
said Town of High Springs, recorded in Plat Book
"A" at page 6 of the Public Records of Alachua
County, Florida. Together with all and singular
the right, tenements, hereditaments and appur
tenances, to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To Have And To Hold the above
granted and described property, and every part
and parcel thereof, unto him the said party of
the second part, and to his heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns forever, in fee sim-
ple absolute. In Testimony Whereof, the said
