This Deed, Made the 9th day of June AD 1915,
by H.A. Williams Widower of the County of Al-
achua State of Florida hereinafter called the gra
ntor, to C.P. Kirkland of the County of Alachua
State of Florida hereinafter called the grantee,
Witnesseth, That the said grantor, in consider
ation of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give,
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release en-
feoff, convey and confirm unto the said grantee,
and his heirs and assigns, in fee simple, the lands
situate in Alachua County, State of Florida,
described as follows: Lots 1-2 and 10 Block G.
East Waldo Florida, This deed made to correct
deed made June 25th 1913 and recorded in Book
90 page 448 wherein it reads South Waldo when
it should have been East Waldo Fla. To Have
And To Hold the same together with the heredit-
aments and appurtenances, unto the said gran-
tee, and his heirs and assigns in fee siimple.
