That on this 8th day of June AD 1915, before me
personally appeared Genevieve Y. Benezet and
Louis P. Benezet, her husband, to me known
to be the persons described in, and who executed
the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowl
edged the execution thereof to be their free act
and deed for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned; and the said Genevieve Y. Benezet
the wife of the said Louis P. Benezet, on an ex
amination taken and made separately and a
part from her said husband, did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to said deed for
the purpose of renouncing and relinquish-
ing her separate estate in and to the lands,
tenements, and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released, and that
she executed said deed freely and without
any compulsion, constraint, apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband. Witness
my hand and seal at La Crosse, Wisconsin,
the date aforesaid.
