well and personally known, and known to be
the identical person described in, and who
executed the foregoing Deed, and acknowl-
edged that he signed, sealed and delivered
the said Deed at the time and place, in the ma-
nner, for the uses and purposes, and in the ca-
pacity as therein set forth and contained.

This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 28th day of
May, AD 1915, by and between A.A. Cameron as Assignee of
and for the Estate of George E. Foster, party of the first part
and J.T. Price of Alachua County, Florida, party of the sec-
ond part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, as
Assignee as aforesaid, under and by virtue of a Decree of the
Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in
and for Alachua County, made and rendered by Hon. J.T. Wells,
Judge of said Circuit Court, on the 9th day of January, A.
D. 1909, and recorded in the records of Alachua County, Florida,
in Judgment Book No. 12, at page 575 on the 10th day of Feb-
ruary, AD 1909, and for and in consideration of the sum
of Thirty ($ 30.00) Dollars this day paid to me by J.T. Price,
party of the second part, has granted, bargained; sold, alien-
ed, and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
