part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
lot, tract, piece or parcel of land, situated, lying and being
in the Town of High Springs in Alachua County, Florida, and par-
ticularly known, distinguished and described as follows to-wit:
Lot Five (5) in Block Twenty-seven (27), according to the Plat of
said Town of High Springs, recorded in Plat Book "A" at page 6 of
the Public Records of Alachua County, Florida.
Together with all and singular the right, tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances, to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining.
To Have And To Hold the above granted and described property,
and every part and parcel thereof, unto him the said party
of the second part, and to his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns forever, in fee simple absolute.
In Testimony Whereof, the said A.A. Cameron as Assignee as
aforesaid, has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal on
the day and year first above written.

Personally came before me, A.A. Cameron, to me well and per-
sonally known, and known to be the identical person describ-
ed in, and who executed the above and foregoing Deed, and
acknowledged that he signed, sealed and delivered the said
Deed as Assignee of and for the Estate of George E. Foster,
as therein recited, at the time and place, in the manner and
for the uses and purposes as therein set forth and contained;
And that he is authorized and empowered to sell the said prop-
erty and to make said Deed as such Assignee, by virtue of
a Decree of the Circuit Court within and for Alachua County,
Florida, made and rendered by Hon. J.T. Wells, Judge of said
Court, on the 9th day of January AD 1909.
