This indenture, made this 14th day of June 1915, between E.E.
Cannon and wife S.F. Cannon of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida parties of the first part and Estelle Williams of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida party of the second part, Witness-
eth: That the said parties of the first part, for and in considerat-
ion of the sum of 30 dollars, to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the second part, the receipt Whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the
following described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land, situated
and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot Eleven (11) of Block 139 Fairmount or High Springs as per map
recorded in Plat Book "A" of the Public records of Alachua County
(Cannons replat)
To have and to hold the above described premises, together with
all and singular the tenements, the hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto
her the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
