parties of the first part and R.H. Smith of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida party
of the second part Witnesseth: That the said
parties of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of 40 dollars, to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has gran
ted, bargained and sold to the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
the following described lots, pieces, parcels or
tract of land, situated and being in Alachua
County, Florida, to-wit: Four acres of land in
the North East Corner of NW1/4 of SE1/4 of Section
26, Tp 10 S of R 22 E, Same being 417 feet E & W by
417 1/2 feet N & S as per deed Book H page 790
of the public records of Alachua Florida Cemetary
lot No 1 included. To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and singular
the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining,
unto him the said party of the second part, heirs
and assigns forever. And the said parties of the
first part do hereby fully warrant the title to
said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. Wit-
ness our hands and seals the day and year first
above written.
