This Indenture, made this 22nd day of June AD 1915, between
E.H. Worthington ... of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
party of the first part, and Mary J. Forbes of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, have re-
mised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise,
release, and quit-claim unto the said party of the second part, and
her heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said party of the first part have in and to the
following described lot, piece of parcel of land, to wit:
Lots 1-2-3-4-5-10-11-12 of Block 31 of New Gainesville in the
City of Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap-
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim what-
ever of the said party of the first part, either in law of equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of
the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
