executed the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledg-
ed the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the said Mrs. Rosa
L. Worthington, the wife of the said E.H. Worthington, on and
examination taken and made separately and part from her said
husband, did acknowledge that she made herself a party to said
deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower,
or right of dower, in and to the lands, tenements and heredita-
ments therein described and thereby granted and released, and
that she executed said deed freely and without any compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, made this 21st day of August, AD 1914, be-
tween the Alachua County Colonization Company (Incorporated)
a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Virginia,
party of the first part, and the New York & Florida Lumber
Company, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the State of New York, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of One Dollar ($ 1.00) and other good and valua-
ble consideration, to it in hand paid by said party of the sec-
ond part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath grant-
ed, bargained and sold to the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, forever, the following described lands
situated in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida, to wit:
Tract Number 66 of Section 6, in Township 10 S. Range 16 E. accord-
ing to the plat of the Alachua County Colonization Company's
(Incorporated) Subdivision of said Section 6, filed in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for said Alachua Co-
unty, and recorded among the public records aforesaid July 1914.
In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part has caused
