This indenture, made this 15th day of June 1915, between
E.M. Brannon (bachelor) of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida party of the first part and Mrs.
Amanda George of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida party of the second part, Witnesseth: That
the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Ten (10) dollars, to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
gained and sold to the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever, the following
described lots, pieces, parcels or tract of land,
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida, towit:
Block Eighty two (82) of Fairmont in High Springs
as per Map recorded in Plat Book "A" page 6 of
the Public records of Alachua County Florida. To
have and to hold the above described premises, to-
gether with all and singular the tenements, the here-
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining, unto her the said
party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said party of the first part does hereby
fully warrant the title to said land, and will de-
fend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever. Witness my hand and seal
the day and year first above written.
