This Agreement made and entered into this 28th day
of June, AD, 1915, by and between M.C. Lartigue
(widow), party of the first part, and A.M. Reynolds-
and Lolla R. Reynolds, his wife, parties of the sec-
ond part, all of said State and County:
                 Witnesseth:
1. The party of the first part hereby agrees and con
tracts to sell and convey unto the party of the sec-
ond part, to-wit: A.M. Reynolds and Lolla R.
Reynolds the following piece, parcel or tract of land
situated, lying and being in Alachua County, State
of Florida, and described as follows, to-wit: All
that part of the North East Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section
Eleven (11), Township Ten (10) South, Range Twenty (20)
East, lying South of the public road leading from
Gainesville to Rochelle, containing about ten (10) acres
of land more or less. 2. The said parties of the sec-
ond part do hereby agree and contract to sell and
convey unto the said party of the first part all
that piece, parcel or tract of land situated, ly-
ing and being in Alachua County, State of Flo-
rida, and described as follows, to-wit: All that
part of the East Half E. 1/2 of the South East quarter
SE 1/4 of Section Eleven (11), Township Ten (10) South,
Range Twenty (20) East, which lies North of the pub-
lic road leading from Gainesville to Rochelle,
containing about ten (10) acres of land more or less.
3. The consideration between the parties to this a-
greement is the exchange of the lands above mention
ed. 4. Each party to this agreement obligates to con-
vey said property by good and sufficient deed,
free and clear of and from any and all incu
mbrances. Said conveyances shall be made
and delivered on or before three year from
the date of this agreement by each of the par-
ties hereto. 5. It is mutually agreed that each of
the parties to this agreement may at once enter
into the possession of the lands and premises here
by contracted to be sold and conveyed to him,
