This Indenture, made this 12th day of May AD 1915, between
Perry Henderson, Thomas Robinson, Hence Rowe, and Chapel Street
trustees for St Joseph Church of the County of Alachua and State
of Fla, parties of the first part, and C.W. Bauknight of the County
of Alachua and State of Fla. party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollars, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edge, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these pres-
ents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party
