of the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties of the first
part have in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of
land, to wit: Commence 60 feet from N.W. Corner of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4
of SW 1/4 Sect. 31 Tp. 11 R. 19 & Run S 330 ft. then E 313 1/2... then
330 N...Then W. 313 1/2 ft. to point of beginning, containing about two
acres more or less.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap-
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim what-
ever of the said part of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have here-
unto set the hand and seals the day and year first above written.

for St. Joseph Church known to be the persons described in, and
who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowl-
edged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned:
