This Indenture, made this 3rd day of July AD 1915, be-
tween Frances A. Bair and James A. Bair, her husband,
of the County of Putnam, in the State of Florida, parties
of the first part, and Nathaniel Wakefield County of the
County of Hillsborough, in the State of Florida, party of
the second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said par
ty of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever the following described land, to-wit: Being
in the City of Gainesville, in the County of Alachua,
and State of Florida, and particularly described as
