me personally came Frances A. Blair and James A. Blair,
her husband, to me known to be the individuals descri-
bed in, and who executed, the foregoing instrument, who
acknowledged that they executed the same for the pur-
poses therein expressed. And the said Frances A. Bair
wife of said James A. Bair acknowledged before me, se-
parately and apart from her said husband, James A.
Blair, that she executed the same freely and voluntarily
and without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her husband, for the express purpose of
releasing, relinquishing and conveying all her right
of dower, homestead, separate estate and all her rights,
