therein, and that she executed the said deed freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion, con-

of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the first
part, and J. Fletcher Hill of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part, Witnesseth,
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of $ 15.00 Fifteen Dollars, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said party of the
second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all
the right, title interest, claim and demand which
