known to be the parties described in and who execu
ted and delivered the foregoing Deed of Conveyance,
and severally acknowledged to me that they signed,
sealed and delivered the same for the uses, purposes and
consideration therein expressed, and make this acknow
ledgement to the end that the same may be admitted
to record according to law.

between William S. Ross, Trustee, of the County of Yates,
