principal place of business at Jasper, Hamilton
County, in said State, party of the second part,
Witnesseth: That whereas the parties of the first part
executed to the party of the second part their certain
deed bearing date February 25, 1915, and recorded
in Deed Book No. 5, page 648, Public Records
of Columbia County, Florida, wherein they purpor
ted to convey to the party of the second part the
southwest quarter of Section 20, Township four,
south, Range sixteen, east; and whereas, the land
intended to be conveyed by said deed was the
southeast quarter of said Section, the said South
west quarter having been included in said deed
through inadvertence; and whereas, the parties
of the first part, now desire to correct the said er-
ror, and also to convey to the party of the second
part, the additional lands hereinafter set forth;
Now Then, This Indenture further witnesseth, that
the parties of the first part, in consideration of
the premises, and the sum of one dollar to them
in hand paid by the party of the second part, and
other good and valuable considerations, the re-
ceipt of all which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the party of the second part, its successors and
assigns forever, all of the following described
real estate, that is to say: The Southeast quarter
of Section Twenty, Township four, south, Range
sixteen, east, situated in Columbia County,
and State, and containing one hundred and
sixty acres, more or less. The west half of the nor-
theast quarter of Section thirty-one Township
seven south, Range sixteen east, situated in Al-
achua County, in said state, and containing
eighty acres, more or less. To have and to hold
the same, together with all and singular the
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto be-
longing or in any wise appertaining, unto the
party of the second part, its successors and as
signs, forever in fee simple. And the parties of
the first part do hereby fully warrant the title
