of the sum of One ($ 1.00) Dollar lawful money of the United
States, to them in hand paid by the said grantee, at or before
the sealing and delivery of this deed, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by this deed grant, bargain, sell, alien
and convey unto the said grantee, her heirs and assigns, in
fee simple, all that certain tract, piece of parcel of land, situate
in Alachua County, State of Florida particularly described as
follows: The Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
Twenty-Four (24), Township Seven (7), South Range Eighteen (18) East,
containing forty (40) acres, more or less.
To have and to hold the same, together with the hereditaments
and appurtenances unto the said grantee, and her heirs and as-
signs in fee simple.
And the said grantors, for themselves and their heirs and assigns
covenant with said grantee, her heirs and assigns: That said grant-
ors are indefeasibly seized of said lands: That said grantors their
heirs and assigns will execute such further assurance to perfect
the estate hereby granted as may reasonably be required; That
said grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; That said land is free from all incumbrances.

I, an officer authorized to take acknowledgments of deeds do
hereby certify that Wm. King Boston and Henry French Boston
are personally known to me to be the persons described in
