David G. Spahr  } Know all men by these presents:
That James Mitchell (unmarried) of the City of Revere, Suffolk
County, Massachusetts in consideration of one dollars to him paid
by David E. Spahr M.D. of Xenia, Green County, Ohio the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey to the said David E. Spahr, M.D. his heirs and assigns for-
ever, the following described land situate in the County of Alachua,
State of Florida to-wit: All of the South East quarter (SE 1/4) of the
Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of Section twenty five (25) Township eight
(8) Range twenty one (21) East, excepting ten acres lying in the North
east quarter (NE 1/4) of said South East quarter (SE 1/4) being thirty
acres more or less and all the estate, title and interest of the said
James Mitchell either in law or in equity, of, in and to the said
premises; Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the
same belonging, and all the rents, issues and profits thereof. To
have and to hold the same to the only proper use of the said David
E. Spahr M.D. his heirs and assigns forever.
And the same James Mitchell for himself and for his heirs, execut-
ors and administrators, does hereby covenant with the said David
E. Spahr M.D. heirs and assigns, that he is the true and lawful
owner of the said premises, and has full power to convey the same;
that the title, so conveyed, is clear, free and unincumbered, and
further, that he does warrant and will defend the same against
all claim, or claims, of all persons whomsoever.
In Witness Whereof, the said James Mitchell has hereunto set
his hand, this 14th day of September in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
