private examination, taken separately and apart from her said
husband, that she executed said deed for the purpose of relin-
quishing, alienating and conveying all her right, title, interest
and estate whatsoever, whether of dower, right of dower, home-
stead, fee simple, or otherwise, in or to said land in said deed
described, and that she executed the same freely and volun-
tarily and without compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband.

This Indenture made and entered into on this 5th day of
July AD 1915, by and between Perry G. Ramsey, Sheriff
of Alachua County, Florida, part of the first part, and
Starr Piano Company, a corporation, part of the second part.
Witnesseth:
Whereas under and by virtue of an execution issued out of the
Circuit Court of Alachua County, Florida, I levied upon and sold
the property hereinafter described as the property of the defendant
R.B. Ayers; and Whereas under and by virtue of said levy and
advertisement, I duly and legally sold the said property
before the Court House door in Gainesville, Alachua County, Flor-
ida, on Monday the 5th day of July, AD 1915, and at said
sale the Starr Piano Company was the highest and best bidder
thereof and therefore, this bid being for the sum of Fifteen
($ 1500.00) Dollars;
Now Therefore, for and in consideration of the premises and
of the sum of Fifteen ($ 15.00) Dollars to me cash in hand |
