paid by the Starr Piano Company. I have this day sold, alien-
ed and conveyed, and by these presents do sell, alien and con-
vey unto it, the Starr Piano Company, a Corporation, and to its
successors and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand of the said R.B. Ayers in and to the following de-
scribed property, situated, lying, and being in the City of Gain-
esville, County of Alachua, and State of Florida, to-wit:
Block Nine (9) of Brown's Addition to the City of Gainesville, ex-
cepting therefrom Lots 14 and 15 in said Block Nine (9).
To Have and To Hold the above granted and described property
and every part and parcel thereof, unto it the said Starr Piano
Company, and to its successors and assigns in fee simple absolute.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed

Personally came before me P.G. Ramsey, to me well known,
and known to be the identical person described in and who
executed the above and foregoing Deed, and acknowledged that
he signed, sealed and delivered the said Deed at the time and
place, in the manner, for the uses and purposes, and in the
capacity as therein set forth and contained.
